Eligibility

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

We do not accept returns for any item that has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at revelationfragrances@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send you return instructions and a return address. Extra expenses are not provided
3. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Details

Refunds apply to the product price only (shipping costs are non-refundable).

If the return does not meet our policy conditions, the product will be sent back to you without a refund.
Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to try a different scent, please return your unused item for a refund and place a new order.
